Ratik Sharma is a seasoned dispute resolution practitioner with over a decade of experience in civil and commercial litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and district courts across the country.

Ratik has extensive experience in handling complex commercial disputes, particularly in the arbitration space. His practice spans both domestic and international arbitrations involving high-value and technically intricate matters across sectors such as infrastructure, construction, and energy. He has advised and represented clients in disputes arising out of investment agreements and large-scale projects, including solid waste management, airports, railways, highways, hydropower, and coal mining.

Over the years, he has represented a wide spectrum of clients, including public sector undertakings, government bodies, multinational corporations, corporate houses, and individuals. His appearances extend across multiple fora, including the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, district courts in the Delhi NCR region, arbitral tribunals, and other specialized tribunals.

Ratik is known for his strong drafting and strategic advisory skills, with significant experience in preparing petitions, appeals, applications, written submissions, legal opinions, and notices across diverse areas of law.
