His professional experience is underpinned by a strong understanding of insurance contracts, regulatory frameworks, claims management and dispute strategy. He has acted extensively for prominent insurers including HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company, TATA AIG General Insurance Company, New India Assurance Company Limited and National Insurance Company Limited, across a wide spectrum of contentious insurance matters. Suraj routinely handles high-value consumer complaints, arbitrations and commercial suits arising from complex insurance claims.
